PKO7 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

By creating an account on PKO7, accessing the platform through a browser or the PKO7 mobile app, or placing any stake on any game or betting market, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form the complete legal agreement between you as the user and PKO7 as the platform operator. They apply to every interaction you have with the platform, including registering an account, making deposits, claiming bonuses, placing bets, playing casino or bingo games, and requesting withdrawals.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of PKO7 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To use PKO7 as a real-money player, you must register an account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, email address and a mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be true and current.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person.
• PKO7 may request verification documents at any stage to confirm the identity of the account holder.
• Providing false information during registration — including an incorrect date of birth — may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share them with anyone.

PKO7 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account without providing a specific reason, at its sole discretion.

PKO7 is an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and play is 18 years old. By creating an account, you are confirming under your own responsibility that you are aged 18 or above.

PKO7 may request age verification documents at any point. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is resolved, or permanently closed if the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.

Winnings generated on accounts where the user is found to be under 18 are not valid and will not be paid out. Deposited funds from under-age accounts are handled in accordance with applicable platform policy at the time of discovery.

All deposits to your PKO7 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKO7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

Supported deposit methods currently include:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer
• Debit or credit card

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. PKO7 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

You may request a withdrawal of your PKO7 balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified method registered on your account.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name. PKO7 does not make third-party withdrawals.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• PKO7 may request identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• Processing times vary by method. Most withdrawals are completed within 24–72 hours of approval.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account withdrawal section.

PKO7 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is any concern about the legitimacy of account activity. In such cases, you will be informed and any hold period will be kept as brief as possible.

PKO7 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry period and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. Those specific terms are published alongside the offer and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are issued for promotional purposes and can only be used for gameplay on eligible games as specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus can typically be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• PKO7 reserves the right to withdraw, adjust or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Offers already accepted and in progress will not be revoked mid-wagering without good cause.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once — will result in offer cancellation and may result in account closure.

All bets placed on PKO7 — whether on sports betting markets, casino games, live casino, fish games or bingo — are subject to the rules of that specific game or market as displayed within the platform at the time of play.

For sports betting, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League, T20 international matches, Football and Esports markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play odds update continuously during live matches.
• PKO7 reserves the right to void bets where a pricing error occurred or where an event was settled on incorrect information.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and vary by market.
• PKO7 does not guarantee that any market will remain open or that any bet will be accepted.

For casino and bingo games, the rules and return-to-player (RTP) information are available within each game's interface. All outcomes in casino, fish game and bingo formats are determined by certified random number generation systems.

No gaming strategy guarantees consistent wins. Games involve chance and outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by any system or method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKO7. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any other point.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game glitches or payment processing errors.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at PKO7 staff or other users.

PKO7 monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we will act promptly and the affected account holder will be notified unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

PKO7 may suspend or permanently close any account where there are grounds to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• A request from the account holder to close their account.
• Legal requirement or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed and no breach of terms has been identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. Bonus balances are not returned.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting PKO7 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible real-money balance will be returned after identity verification is completed.

PKO7 provides the platform and its games on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, technical failures or any interruptions outside our direct control.

• PKO7 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure during a game session where the outcome cannot be definitively determined.
• PKO7 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the user's end that affect gameplay.
• In the event of a manifest error — such as an incorrectly displayed odd or a game result produced by a technical fault — PKO7 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

Nothing in these terms limits PKO7's liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

PKO7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate and manage your account, process payments and comply with identity verification requirements.
• PKO7 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Transaction and account data may be retained for a defined period as required by applicable financial regulations.
